"InStart" is an offer for (solo) self-employed people and small businesses with up to ten employees who are in crisis due to the corona pandemic. The aim is to get them out of distress and help them to make a well-prepared new start, with or without bankruptcy. This includes to show the way through the heterogeneous counselling services in Hamburg.

Through personal and telephone advice, online help, digital qualification and training modules, professional support and, if necessary, financial (re)start help, those affected should be empowered to secure their economic existence independently again.

"InStart" supports the Joint Employment Market Program and the Hamburg Strategy to Meet Requirements for Skilled Labour. In addition, due to the platform-based digitization approach, it contributes to the regional innovation strategy of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
