‘Youth Active Plus - Full Spirit into the Future’ is aimed at young adults who are outside the mainstream system due to multiple problems and are usually not in work, education or training (NEETs - not in education, employment or training).
The project aims to support them in developing prospects for the future through outreach activation, individual support and training and job opportunities.
The project's services are coordinated by the Johann Daniel Lawaetz Foundation and offered in over 30 districts across Hamburg in cooperation with ten partners. All participants work closely with the existing youth welfare organisations, the social services of the youth welfare offices and the youth employment agency.
The project supports the Framework Integrated Urban Development Hamburg (RISE) and contributes to the implementation of the Youth Employment Agency in Hamburg.
