WorkExperience Language and On The Job Training

‘WorkExperience’ supports potential skilled workers who have immigrated from abroad (third countries) - primarily from Ukraine - with their professional integration.
Participants are prepared for employment subject to social security contributions or vocational training through language and specialist training as well as practical training in companies in the retail, hotel and catering, logistics and other sectors. They acquire job-related German language skills and practical experience in the world of work. Participants and cooperating companies are closely supported through a coaching and mentoring programme.
The project supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce and the integration concept ‘We, the city of Hamburg!’.
