The SelfLearningCenters in the Hamburg districts of Jenfeld-Zentrum and Rahlstedt-Ost offer low-threshold and free educational opportunities for adults who need (further) education, have a migration and/or refugee background or belong to the older generation.
The project helps participants to improve their chances on the labour market and participate more fully in society. An important focus is on learning basic digital skills.
The training programmes are tailored to the individual needs and life situations of the participants. They impart both technical knowledge and personal skills in order to provide participants with the best possible support.
The project supports the Framework Integrated Urban Development Hamburg (RISE).
