Fairplay – For a Better Worklife Balance | ESF
The project “Fairplay – For a Better Worklife Balance” supports parents and people wishing to return to work to find employment that is subject to social security contributions and promotes employability and job security for care workers.
Assistance and support are provided in the form of coaching, activation, and instruction. In addition, the project offers consultation for small and medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) on contemporary approaches to providing a good worklife balance, facilitating family care work, and promoting more awareness for a fair balance between family care tasks and gainful employment. The project supports the Hamburg framework programme to enhance gender equality and the Hamburg Strategy to Meet Requirements for Skilled Labour.
