The project is aimed at refugees with unsecured residence status and promotes their social and professional participation. It offers participants counselling and short training sessions on everyday topics and career guidance, with a focus on basic digital and financial skills. Participants also receive help with finding an apprenticeship and a job as well as individual counselling.
‘On good ground’ thus makes an important contribution to the labour market integration of refugees as part of the Hamburg Welcome Center (HWC).
