The project supports solo self-employed tradespeople in mastering their business and strategic challenges.
It helps participants to recognise important skills for successful business management and to develop them further in a targeted manner. Individual skills gaps are analysed and closed through special training measures. The focus is on skills that are crucial for the future viability and sustainability of their businesses. A comprehensive coaching and qualification programme strengthens the participants both in the short and long term.
The project is part of the Masterplan Handwerk 2030 and supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce.
