This project is aimed at people in employment who would like to reorient themselves professionally.
The participants' individual labour market situation is sustainably improved through targeted qualification and further training measures. The aim is to introduce them to employment opportunities that suit their qualifications and personalities. At the same time, the project sensitises companies to the importance of long-term employee retention. This not only strengthens the participants' skills, but also creates sustainable prospects on the labour market.
The project supports the Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce and the Joint Labour Market Programme.
