Integrated compensation measure in nursing
Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf
Project term: 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2028

The ‘Integrated compensation measure in nursing’ project is aimed at Filipino nurses who would like to work as nurses in Germany.
The participants are qualified through theoretical and practical lessons as well as language training and practical assignments at the Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) and prepared for the examination to fully recognise their foreign qualification. The programme implements the ‘INGA Pflege’ concept (version 3.0) of the Research and Transfer Centre for Social Integration and Migration (GIM).
The project contributes to reducing the shortage of skilled labour in the health and care sector and supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce as well as the integration concept ‘We, the city of Hamburg!‘.
