“Routes to Europe for Everyone” works together with vocational schools and the Hamburg Institute of Vocational Education (HIBB) to promote stays abroad for apprentices, teachers, and staff.

The professional mobility of skilled workers plays an important role in strengthening the joint economic area of the European Union and ensuring a quick response to the need for skilled workers in the single market. The aim of the project is for participants to acquire new specialised knowledge and improve their language skills and intercultural competence.

It thus contributes to the implementation of the Hamburg Strategy to Meet Requirements for Skilled Labour.
