The project “Integrated compensation measure in nursing” is aimed at Filipino nurses who would like to work as nurses in Germany.

The project is developing a pilot measure in the sense of the "Concept for integrated compensatory care" of the Research and Transfer Center for Social Integration and Migration. The project includes theoretical and practical lessons as well as language training and practical assignments at the UKE. By participating in the pilot measure, the participants are supported in the full recognition of their foreign qualification.

The project contributes to reducing the shortage of skilled workers in the health and care sector and contributes to the Hamburg Strategy to Meet Requirements for Skilled Labour.
