The project "Care profession as a vocational chance - the way into care profession" for training preparation in the care sector offers young people with a migration background in particular a vocational perspective and helps to counter the shortage of skilled workers in the care sector.
As part of a course structure that is divided into theoretical and practical phases, the participants are prepared for training in the care sector. A socio-educational support for the participants to deal with any personal problems completes the project offer.
This project is financed by the REACT-EU recovery assistance programme and the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
