“Work.Inclusive” is a project aimed at promoting the integration of people with disabilities on their journey to obtain employment on the general labour market by initiating and organising inclusion sponsorships. At the heart of the strategy is the goal of winning committed representatives from Hamburg companies as mentors. In this capacity mentors provide disabled job applicants with the opportunity to enter the labour market via their companies, creating suitable framework parameters to enable this. The coalition for action is making a valuable contribution to Hamburg’s action plan to implement the UN Disability Rights Convention.
