The project is aimed at employable people with mental impairments and supports them in maintaining their employability.
The aim of the project is to support participants at an early stage, before they require specialised medical care or a (day) hospital stay. With the help of low-threshold and holistic support across various areas of responsibility, they are offered customised support.
A central component of the project is support during the phases between application, approval and the start of rehabilitation measures in order to prevent a deterioration in mental health. The support takes the form of health and work coaching, which is individually tailored to the respective needs.
The project supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce and the Hamburg State Action Plan to implement the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
