The ‘Hamburg Further Training Bonus PLUS' is aimed at employees in Hamburg companies as well as the self-employed in order to better equip them for future challenges through proactive further training.
The project promotes further training measures for different target groups and also provides individualised information on tailored training options.
A grant for further training can be approved quickly and unbureaucratically if it is confirmed that the measure is conducive to professional advancement and the participant's place of residence or business is in Hamburg.
Individual qualification coaching is also offered if required. The content and objectives of the training programme are compiled together with the customer in a training plan and the financial support is clarified. In this way, customised training programmes can also be developed for companies and their employees.
The project team also advises on other training programmes such as
- Coaching for employees and the self-employed in the creative industries
- Further training programmes that relate in particular to digital and sustainable transformation
- Language support programmes
- Individual educational support
The project supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce, the digital strategy for Hamburg and the Masterplan Handwerk 2030.
