The project is aimed at low-skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled employees who lack basic skills and who are in unskilled jobs and/or temporary employment, for example.
The project focuses on employees with basic training needs from the logistics, skilled trades and production, care and service sectors, thereby helping to secure the supply of skilled labour.
The aim is to maintain the employability of participants through certified sector-specific training programmes. This helps companies to better manage structural change in the world of work with their existing staff.
The project supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce.
