FAIRPLAY – compatibility of care and work

The ‘FAIRPLAY - compatibility of care and work’ project supports parents and people returning to work (with and without children) in taking up or maintaining employment subject to social security contributions and promotes the employability and job security of carers.
Support and funding is provided through coaching, activation and placement. The project also advises small and medium-sized companies on contemporary approaches to reconciling family and career as well as family care work and raises awareness of a fair family balance between care responsibilities and gainful employment that secures a livelihood.

The project supports Hamburg's framework programme to enhance gender equality and the strategy to secure a skilled workforce.
