The project is aimed at school leavers with or without disabilities who do not yet have any career prospects.
The aim of the project is to place the young adults in training, permanent employment or qualification programmes in cooperation with the youth employment agency.
The project supports the Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce, the Youth Employment Agency and the Hamburg State Action Plan to implement the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
