‘Coaching of persons affected by violence into work’ is aimed at people who have been affected by domestic, family or sexualised violence and/or forced marriage or human trafficking and have received help from the Hamburg victim protection system.
The project supports their professional (re)integration by offering individualised coaching on professional (re)orientation and placing them in suitable work, training, qualification or integration measures. In addition, the resilience of the participants is strengthened in order to prevent them from withdrawing from and/or breaking off training and employment relationships.
The project makes an important contribution to the implementation of Hamburg's concept to combat violence against women and girls, human trafficking and violence in care (victim protection concept), the framework programme to enhance gender equality and the action plan for the acceptance of gender and sexual diversity.
