Chancengenerator - Planning your professional way

In the project ‘Chancengenerator - Planning your professional way’, young refugees or young people with a migration background aged between 18 and 25 receive support with social and professional integration and building career prospects. Tolerated persons in particular can significantly improve their residence status with dual vocational training as part of the 3+2 regulation.
The ‘Chancengenerator’ introduces young people with a refugee or migrant background to the training and labour market through individual support. The aim is to promote active inclusion with a view to improving equal opportunities and active participation as well as increasing employability.
The project organiser AWO AQtivus gGmbH sees itself as a service provider for Hamburg's Youth Employment Agency. The project contributes to the implementation of the integration concept ‘We, the city of Hamburg!’ and supports Hamburg's strategy to secure a skilled workforce.
